This is a favorite – go – to- breakfast tea I enjoy on very busy mornings on the run. Such lovely flavors, they just go so well together, cinnamon, caramel and a little sweetness.

I do make this periodically, although THM doesn’t recommend always drinking your meals, this is a wonderful way to have some superfoods with me to take when I have a very busy morning. It is also super delicious! So a double win!

This fabulous creation is dairy free and nut free! On Trim Healthy Mama this is an S breakfast. To make it more substantial you could definitely add bacon to the side if you have time!

The ingredients are simple, this throws together quickly – I will share what I do below!

Ingredients:

*THM or your favorite oolong tea

*1/2 dropper Liquid Stevia

*1/4 tsp Caramel Extract

*1 Tablespoon Laird Superfood non dairy creamer

*1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

*1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

*1 scoop collagen

Helpful, but a blender will also work, Immersion blender is my favorite way to whip up my drinks.

Directions:

This really is so simple….get your kettle warming up! Using a very large mug, place sweetener to taste in the bottom of the mug, I use about a 1/2 a dropper of stevia, I like it sweet. Put in your oolong tea bag, and pour hot water over to steep.

Oolong should steep a couple of minutes. While steeping, I add in to the tea the 1/4 tsp of caramel extract.

Into a large mason jar I put in my coconut oil, superfood creamer, cinnamon and collagen.

When tea is done brewing, I plug in the immersion blender…get ready! Remove the tea bag, please don’t set it on the stove like my husband likes to do…I appreciate his help, but I don’t love the tea bag puddle lol. πŸ˜› Pour the tea right into your mason jar filled with the fabulous ingredients! Put your immersion blender in and let her rip!!

Blend until the ingredients are mixed a little lovely froth is on top. It is probably 30 seconds or so. πŸ™‚
