In addition to blogging allergy friendly recipes, which never include dairy, eggs, wheat, peanuts, almonds or sunflower seeds I am wife to my husband Scott for over 30 years and I am also a former homeschool mom. I was blessed to homeschool for over 20 years. My oldest is now graduated with his Masters and working his way up the ladder and my youngest will be finishing up her bachelors this coming school year!
In addition to wife and mom, I have many passions! Food is way up there, hence the blog and the need for Trim Healthy Mama! I am also a Trim Healthy Mama Coach! I was certified in June of 2018! I am THRILLED to bring coaching to my readers – I can help you overcome stalls, be an accountability partner, offer meal ideas for new food intolerances, I can even do live classes via video chats! I have throughly enjoyed this seasoning of coaching mamas and have been blessed to see my ladies succeed in their journeys as we work together!
I am also a dancer, a volunteer admin for THM on Facebook! I love to give presentations and I also facilitate local meetings! (If you are in the Pacific Northwest and would like me to do a presentation, please send me a message!)
