Ladies! ‘This is gonna be short and sweet – I have compiled a list of my go to, favorite and most used YouTube channels for working out at home!
I have worked out at home for over 25 years! Keeping it simple and around 30 minutes 3 to 5 days a week has worked great for my healthy lifestyle!
I have minimal equipment at home, just dumbbells in 3, 5 and 8 pound weights, a resistance band and a mat! Easy peasy! Oh and a little secret – I almost never wear shoes when I workout! I love to be barefoot! 😉 I use a weight set similar to this one you can find through this affiliate link.
